Sure many of you have tried it. Ni hat yg mom punya, mom sharekan, kot2 ada yg nak mencuba.
Bhn A:
4-5biji telur (mom guna telur ayam kampung)
Fresh milk (agak2 dlm 1/3 ke 1/2cwn)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Bhn B-Filling:
2ulas bwg putih, potong dadu
1sdb olive oil
Shredded chicken / Sausage / Salami / Chicken Ham / Chick or Beef Bacon
Celery, Carrot, Cauliflower & etc. (ikut veggy fav of your kids)
Parsley & Scallion
----
Shredded cheddar cheese
Dried oregano
----
Pie case, secukupnya (mom guna alumunium case, spt dlm gambar tu)
Cara:
1. Preheat oven, 175-180C.
2. Whisk Bhn A.
3. Panaskn olive oil dlm kuali, saute bawang putih hgg naik bau. Masukkan shredded chicken. Saute lagi dlm 2mins. Tambah semua sayuran (semua hiris2 atau julienne), kacau rata for 1-2mins. Tutup api. Taburkan dgn hirisan parsley & scallion, stir to combine. Filling siap!
4. Sediakn pie case. Bahagikn filling ke dalam semua case (ikut bilangan yg cukup utk inti tu ye). Jangan terlalu penuh ye, hampir2 aje. Kemudian taburkan cheese atasnya & dried oregano.
5. Tuang adunan telur ke dlm setiap muffin case.
6. Bakar dalam 15-20 min atau sehingga atasnye keperangan.
Ini adalah versi bento last week, yg paling simpel tapi mmg favourite for kids, of course!
