Cacio e Pepe Fettuccine

Sebenarnya ni dinner last week lagi. Tak sempat nak upload kat blog, cuma kt insta je.

Jommmmm tgk recipe Italiano ni...simple but yummmmmmm...



Cacio e Pepe Fettuccine
Bhn:

Ingredients:
500g fettuccine
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese 
3 sdb butter, small diced
1½ - 2 sdt black pepper, tumbuk kasar

Olive/Cherry tomatoes - optional


Cara:

1. Dalam satu deep pot, rebus pasta (mom guna fettuccine) hgga al dente, dalam 12 minit.
2. Toskn pasta, simpan 1cwn air rebusan, JANGAN lupa!
3. Letakkan balik pasta (yg dah ditoskan tadi) ke dlm pot. Masukkan kesemua bhn2 ke dlm pot plus 1/2cwn air rebusan pasta tadi. Gaul rata. If kelihatan kering lagi, tambah air sedikit demi sedikit until well coated. Siap!

Plating tu tmbah lah sayuran like olive or cherry tomatoes.
