Dah masuk ke bento no.85 untuk tahun 2016...sgt pantassss masa berlalu kan...?

Alhamdulillah, dalam kesibukan, mom mesti ndak jugek sediakan bekal utk my darling, my pearls & myself, of course! hehehe
Kursus sampai nx week, very pack timetable, balik sokmo lewat mlm...pepagi buta dh nk bersilat kat dapur...dugaan...

Bento #81: Rice set!

Mom ada 2days workshop starting today with French team, meals provided so 2 hari mom cuti bwk bento (masak memasak xleh gak cuti 😏)
Today super duper heavy bento...sekali-skala 😁

Bento #79: Angel hair with chic bolognese

Assalam & Good day

Hari ni sambutan hari guru di primary skool tapi anak2 still nk bwk bento alaahai 😁
Utk abang (no4) mom masak lasagne, spt yg direquest (pic lupa amik sbb sebok xcukup tanah!), si adik (no5) nk jamu cikgu dgn moist choc cake...yg grrrrrr-nya, dia mntak buat lps mghrb mlm td alaahai...so, bersilat le kan...🙄


So, mom masak lasagne utk hat yg kt rumah gak le plus choc cake tu ada half tggl kat rumah..anakanda nk bwk sikit je, so mom siap2 potongkan...

Bento #78: Spicy chicken skewer & Lepat labu

Alhamdulillah dpt bertemu dgn hari Jumaat lagi...moga keberkatanNya trus bersama muslimin & muslimah semua ya...
Melepat lagi ☺️ tp bhn2 nk buat lepat xbrp byk so bilangan lepatnya sikit aje lah 😁
Almaraz's bento #78, May the 13th:
Spicy chicken skewer
Lepat labu 😋😋😋
Plum & Apple
Strawberry flvrd milk & Water

Ni mom nak share resipi utk ayam goreng rangup tu ye...kot2 la ada yg berminat nk try...
Mom bagi bhn2nya & pandai2ler estimate sukatan ye...sempoi je nii..

Jommmm goreng2..!

Spicy chicken skewer
Ayam (potong ikut saiz yg dikehendaki, yg dlm pic tu bhg dada; ni ala2 KFC-style ler)

Bhn2 A (marinade):
Serbuk cili (put more kalau nk pedas)
Serbuk kari daging
Serbuk lada hitam (yg biji tu mom tumbuk je)
1 sdb minyak masak
Garam secukup rasa
Telur (kalau seekor ayam, blh lah dlm 3biji telur saiz A tu)

Bhn2 B (tepung salut):
Sukatannya ikut ratio 2:10 yer....
2sdb tpg gandum
10sdb tpg beras
Sedikit serbuk lada putih
--> so kalau nk tmbh or kurangkan kuantiti, ikut ler ratio tu..in syaa Allah ok.

Cara:
1. Dalam satu beg ziplock besar (or blh letak dlm satu bekas), campurkan Bhn2 A iaitu bhn utk marinade. Shake2 (or kacau2).
2. Masukkan ayam, shake2 (or dlm bekas, gaul rata).
3. Then baru masukkan telur, shake2 lagi (or dalam bekas, pecahkn telur & kacau smpai sebati.
4. Perap at least 1jam (the longer the better). Ayam akan jadi lembut sbb marinade dh "mesra" kt bahagian dlmnya.
5. Gaul rata bhn2 B.
6. Minyak kena byk utk mggoreng secara deep fry ye. Mom goreng dlm pot tefal.
7. Bila myk dh panas, ambil seketul ayam then salutkn dgn campuran tepung then goreng. Then buat the next one. Goreng a few pieces by batches. Balik2kn dlm myk tu...in syaa Allah cantik je dia masak luar & dlm.
