Who is Richard Bertinet anyway? He's recipes are always be in my top lists in terms of bread making. He's doing it very simple and yet very yummm....RB always making it in manual way - uli dgn tangan. Bila byk masa, mommy akan buat camtu tp bila xsempat, BM lah dikerah jawabnye....So this one is exactly to make it using the machine.

Bhn:
500g tepung roti
250g susu penuh krim - RB suggests weighing is more accurate dr guna sukatan "ml" dlm bread making
2bj telur saiz A
40g gula kaster
10g garam
60g butter - suhu bilik
15g yis segera
Cara:
1. Masukkan smua bhn ke dlm bread machine. Setkn ke setting dough & tggu hgga proses selesai - 1 1/2jam.
2. Bila dh siap uli, mcm biasa, bwk keluar dan tumbuk2 buang angin. Buat bulat besar & biar dlm 10min (kalau doh agak lembut, jgn risau -- masa nk mmbentuknye nanti alaskn board/bench dgn tepung).
3. Amik doh then bahagikan ikut saiz donut yg dikehendaki. kalau besar2 dpt sket lah kan...Again, buat bulat2. Dah abis buat bulat2 tu then boleh start buat donut - ring type or yg ada inti ikut selera tekak masing2 la ok...Just nk share, utk yg ring type tu, mommy just buat 1 doh macam bola (ikut saiz msg2) then amik penutup botol (kecil) then tekap (tekan smpai ke bwh) ditgh2 doh. Pastu aimk keluar ler hat yg tgh2 tu - jadi lubang le kan? Doh yg kecik2 kt tgh2 tu jgn buang pulak --- just goreng jd donut kecik2 - golek2 atas gula - cucuk 3-4ketul dlm lidi sate.
