Puding Roti Marble

Sentuhan hana dr MyR. Thanks to hana for the recipe. Puding ni lama tp baru ni lah nk bergambonye sbb lst wk panas sket so mulalah carik resipi2 lama puding2 nih.
Very simple to make & fast to finish too.
This was our treat for tea time last 2 weekends, kalo x silap la :) but mommy tak guna susu cair instead guna cream (nk ngabiskn belen2 sblm expired).

Puding Roti Marble (resipi asal sila rujuk di sini >> hana)
4 keping roti
2bj telur
1/2 cwn susu pekat
150ml cream (hana: 170ml susu cair)
7gm agar2 (hana: 8g)
1/2cwn gula (mommy guna tak smpi 1/2cwn)
2sdb butter
900ml air (hana: 3 1/2cwn air)
--------
2sdb serbuk koko (ayak)

Cara:
1. Didihkn air, agar2 dan gula. Kacau2 sket.
2. Sementara tu kisarkan roti bersama2 dgn telur, susu pekat & krim (mommy tmbh 2sdb air to help the processing). Dh siap process, masukkan ke dlm 1. Kacau2 then masukkan bttr. Masakkan puding just takat ia nak memekat (kalau lama2 nnt dia cpt beku...).
4. Bhgkan kpd 2 bekas: 1 plain, 1 gaul rata dgn serbuk koko. Tuangkn secara selang-seli ke dlm acuan (mula dr tgh2, guna saiz senduk/cwn yg sama). Biarkan ia betul2 keras then baru ler leh potong & of course, makan :).

Masa tea time mkn hat yg kecik2 (top left) dulu - bkn marble tp lapis2 kn aje. Bila mlm baru mkn yg gedabak so that's why pic puding (bottom right) x brp cantik sbb lampu xcukup cahaya :] - juz nk show dlmnye camana...
