Mommy pun kadang2 tu jemu gak makan nasi ekekek tp tak lama lah sgt (as compared to my kids!). Sehari dua tu tahan le pas2 tu mula rindu balik ngan nasi. Bila time tak mo makan pe2 protein tu, I switch to fruits & veggies.
Grilled toast is among my kid's almost perfect breakfast these days except Rumaysa. Dayang sorang ni tak brp suka mkn cheese... They usually use slice cheese, or pizza cheese or any shredded cheese then toast with the bread.
But now, mommy buat my style of grilled toast, which NONE of them boleh makan hahahah...
It is avocado grilled cheese! - dh rasa macam vegetarian la plak --- bkn selalu pun kan...
Why avocado??? sbb laaa ni tgh murah hihihihi...buah ni sedap la gak sbb ada rasa lemak2..mccm mkn keladi rebus hmmm...
Buatnye senang ajerr...
Sediakan 1 atau 2 keping roti.
1/2bj buah avocado, hiris nipis2
1/2bj buah tomato, hiris nipis2
sedikit pizza cheese
sedikit mayonis
sdkit pepper (optional)
---kalau nk protein, bleh la letak ayam/daging bakar (racik2) atau fish fillet goreng tempura & etc...
Cara --> susunkan avocado ke atas roti, then tomato then taburkan cheese.
Gril-kan smpai cheese cair.
Pastu squeeze-kn mayo & taburkn sdikt pepper. Siap dimakan masa roti tgh rangup2 sket tu....
