Piri-Piri Barbequed Chicken
BBQ ala2 portugis punya marinade i.e. piri-piri marinade.
Bhn2:
3-4 chicken thigh (ni panduan aje, nk bhg lain pun ok)
piri-piri marinade:
6-7 bj cili merah (sesapa yg level pedas yg super-duper tu, blh tmbh lg)
2sdb jus limau nipis
2-3sdt gula
1-2sdb pes bwg putih (maknanya bwg putih ditumbuk lumat2)
2-3sdb olive oil (kene guna myk zaitun, kalau myk masak ia akan terlalu oily nnt so rasa lari sket le)
Cara:
1. Blend kesemua bhn2 marinade, smpai halus.
2. Marinate/Perapkn ayam bersama2 dgn pes marinade tu. Yg terrrrrbaik semalaman, letak dlm fridge. Kalau nak cepat, at least perap 3jam kalau tak rase perapan & ayam x brp "mesra" sgt.
3. Panaskn grill. Sapukn sket olive oil pd alas grill tu. Then gril la ayam smpai masak. Caranya cam biasa le kan, kene tgk2 bila kering sket, drizzle le sket pes ke atas ayam (mcm bakar ayam percik la gak). Masakkan bhg atas & bwh ayam.
